Did your tour operator cancel your holiday?
If so, here’s some insider info - under package travel regulations rules it is your tour operators’ responsibility to either reschedule your booking or give you a refund. Basically, they have to make sure you get the holiday you paid for or give you a refund – so make sure they do their bit for you.
If they provide you with new holiday dates, we can change the dates on your single trip policy to match your new booking, simple as that! Just a heads up though, the price of your policy could go up if you extend your trip duration or change location (i.e. from Spain to USA) for example. Please note, we cannot move trip dates more than 12 months in advance from the date you originally purchased your policy.
Alternatively, we’ll be sorry to see you go, but we can cancel your policy and give you a refund if it’s within your 14-day cooling off period – just click the button below. If it’s after the 14 days, head over to our T&Cs to see our standard cancellation terms and conditions here.
